Job Description

Vertical Screen is seeking a part time, weekend Front Desk Receptionist! This role is stationed at the front desk of the Warminster location and controls access to the building and parking lot, as well as handling any onsite issues. Additionally this role will assist with general operations tasks within various research teams.

Shift available:

Saturday and Sunday: 2pm-10pm

*Must be available during the week for training

The rate of pay for this role is $16/hour

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for access security at entrance gate and main lobby door.
  • Notify management of any employee or building issues.
  • Coordinate any visitors to the building.
  • Greet and check IDs for any visitors and control access.
  • Processing of background information and administrative support to background investigation areas. This can vary based on area of expertise and business needs.
Required Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Previous administrative or receptionist experience preferred
Education

The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.
