Receptionist

TELCOR Inc, a nationally recognized innovator in the health care informatics industry, is looking for an energetic, focused, motivated team member to work as part of our Reception Staff. The Receptionist will serve as a direct point of contact for customers through the management of in-coming calls, establishing a friendly, inviting atmosphere for customers, visitors, and coworkers, as well as providing administrative and front office management support. TELCOR published office hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., excluding the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Shift schedules will be determined at least two weeks in advance and shift schedules will occur between 6:45 a.m. and 7:15 p.m. This Receptionist role is a part-time / hourly position and is eligible for employee benefits! The hiring team is looking for candidates to work Monday-Friday 2:00pm - 7:15pm and about 25-27 hours/week.
