Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)Join Our Team as a Veterinary Receptionist!

Do you love animals and enjoy helping people? Are you organized, compassionate, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a friendly, dependable and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our clients and their pets.

In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience for pet owners while supporting our veterinary team with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks. If you're passionate about animal care and customer service, we'd love to hear from you!

Compensation & Schedule
  • Starting pay: $16.00-18.00/hr depending on experience
  • Part-Time: 20–30 hours per week
  • Weekend and holiday availability may be required
What You'll Do
  • Welcome clients and their pets with professionalism and compassion
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Schedule and manage appointments using clinic software
  • Check patients in and out for appointments
