Position Overview
We are seeking an organized, professional, and outgoing individual to serve as our Office Coordinator & Brand Representative. This role combines front-office administrative responsibilities with customer-facing brand representation at events and off-site locations. The ideal candidate is personable, dependable, and comfortable interacting with customers both in the office and in our mobile showroom.

Key Responsibilities

Office Administration

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
  • Schedule appointments and maintain company calendars
  • Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Office communications, messages, and follow-ups
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks

Brand Representation

  • Serve as a professional ambassador for the company
  • Educate customers about our products and services
  • Build positive relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Support marketing and promotional initiatives

Mobile Showroom Support

  • Staff and represent the company at off-site events, trade shows, community events, and promotional locations
  • Assist with setup, operation, and breakdown of the mobile showroom
  • Engage visitors, answer questions, and generate leads
  • Ensure the showroom is presented professionally and reflects company standards
