We are currently looking for a talented nursing assistant who is concerned about the health of residents to join our dynamic team! The assistant responsible for health services, on the evening shift every other weekend, contributes to the planning and control of activities relating to the delivery of care and the well-being of residents. He / she ensures compliance with the standards of the profession as well as the certification regulations for private seniors' residences relating to his / her sector. GENERAL ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Exercise while respecting the laws and standards in force, the scale of values of residents and their convictions Plan human resources and ensure the punctual replacement of care staff as needed Take appropriate measures with regard to emergency situations likely to arise in the establishment Identify the service needs of potential residents or residents already living in residence Collaborate in the follow-up of the medical file, occasionally of the resident's appointments and prescriptions Work in close collaboration with the Health Services Manager to supervise and mobilize the work of auxiliary nurses and resident attendants All other related tasks.
