- 3 General cardiologists – one leaving, needing another
- 1 structural heart NP and 1 nurse navigator
- Pediatric cardiologist-2x/month
- Heart failure specialist from St. Louis 1x/month
- 2 NP cardiac hospitalists
- Staff longevity/certified – RCS, RDCS, RCIS, RCSA, RCES, RN-BC CV, and PCCN
- Dedicated weekend staff for STEMI and urgent inpatient procedures
