Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive pay:
  • $22.00-$23.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
  • Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 19.00 for each billable client hour worked
  • 18.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
  • Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck

Position Details

What You'll Do
  • Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
