Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism and other developmental disorders, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in providing support and guidance to enhance the quality of life for our clients through applied behavior analysis techniques.

Duties

  • Implement individualized care plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Provide direct patient care, focusing on improving social, communication, and daily living skills.
  • Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to assess client needs and adjust care plans as necessary.
  • Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives tailored to each client's unique needs.
