Description

 This on-site contract position presents a unique opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment delivering exceptional patient care.

As a Radiologist at 77 Consultants, you will play a vital role in diagnosing and interpreting medical images to facilitate accurate patient assessments. Our practice emphasizes a collaborative environment where your expertise will contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing our service offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Interpret and analyze medical images, including X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans
  • Collaborate with other medical professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques
  • Conduct patient assessments and provide detailed reports on findings
  • Engage in continuous education to stay updated on industry advancements
  • Ensure compliance with medical protocols and standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care strategies
  • Mentor junior staff and share best practices in radiological procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records and imaging databases
Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
  • Active medical license to practice Radiology
  • Experience in interpreting a variety of imaging modalities
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Commitment to patient care and quality improvement
  • Prior experience in a clinical setting is preferred

Schedule: 8a-4p, 5 days a week

Call Requirement: 24-hour weekend coverage

Setting: Hospital and ambulatory sites

Duties: Diagnostic and interventional radiology

Procedure Volume: 10-15 a day

Standard IR procedures required, including neuro stroke thrombectomy

Support Staff: 2 PAs

EMR: Epic

PACS: McKesson & Merge

Must be board-certified or board-eligible

BLS and ACLS required

Paid travel & expenses
