Summary:
Provides project coordination, scheduling, reporting, administrative support, records management, and executive support for healthcare infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
  • Maintain project schedules, action item logs, and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate meetings and stakeholder communications.
  • Develop reports, briefings, and presentation materials.
  • Support document management and records administration.
  • Assist project leadership with day-to-day program operations.

Qualifications
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years supporting project management or program management activities.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a favorable Tier 1/NACI investigation and Common Access Card (CAC).

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active Secret Clearance preferred.
  • Federal contracting experience.
  • PMO support experience.
  • SharePoint experience.
  • Project controls and scheduling experience.
  • Experience supporting executive-level programs.
  • Prior experience supporting Defense Health Agency (DHA), DHA Facilities Enterprise (DHA-FE), NAVFAC Medical Facilities Program Office (MFPO), USACE Medical MILCON programs, Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare facilities, military hospital replacement programs, healthcare activation/IO&T efforts, SEPS planning, or federal healthcare construction programs.
