Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Position Type: Direct Hire | Full-Time

Schedule:
• 3 x 12-Hour Night Shifts
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Premium Weekend Schedule:

  • Friday, Saturday, Sunday
    OR
  • Saturday, Sunday, Monday
    • 36 Hours per Week

Compensation:
• Starting at $33.15/hour
• Premium Weekend Program
• Additional incentives discussed during interview

Position Overview

Join a leading Heart Hospital as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Surgical Stepdown Unit. This role offers the opportunity to care for post-operative cardiac surgery patients in a specialized setting while working alongside an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Monitor and manage cardiac surgical stepdown patients.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.

Qualifications

• Active Oklahoma RN License or Compact RN License.
