Job description

Launchpad Labor & HCM is seeking a Product Designer to help shape intuitive, user-centered product experiences.

Position Summary

As a Product Designer, you will design and refine digital product experiences from concept through delivery. You’ll partner closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to translate customer needs and business goals into clear, compelling designs that enhance usability and performance.

You will be responsible for guiding design decisions through research, iterative prototyping, and thoughtful iteration—ensuring the final experience is polished, accessible, and aligned with product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user problems, design goals, and success metrics.

  • Create end-to-end product designs, including user flows, wireframes, UI design, and interactive prototypes.

  • Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design recommendations and product improvements.

  • Iterate on designs based on usability feedback, analytics insights, and stakeholder input.

  • Ensure design quality standards, including accessibility and consistent visual/UI patterns.

Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience designing product experiences for digital platforms.

  • Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and translating complex ideas into clear interfaces.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and product partners throughout the design process.

  • Experience using research and feedback to drive design decisions and iteration.
