Description
The Procurement Analyst supports day-to-day purchasing and procurement coordination activities across the organization. Responsible for ensuring purchase orders are created accurately, supplier communications are tracked, and materials and equipment are delivered in alignment with project needs.
The position works closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to track orders, maintain procurement documentation, and support general purchasing processes. This is a detail-oriented role focused on organization, communication, and administrative support within the procurement function.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to review documentation for accuracy.
  • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple orders and tasks at once.
  • Clear communication skills when working with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets.
  • Ability to identify issues and escalate questions when needed.
  • Basic understanding of purchase orders and vendor documentation preferred.
