Requirements

Your main focus, as an Entry - Level Bid and Procurement Specialist will be to contact and secure new business by using a bid or quote discovery strategy. You will work with our Proposals team to discover new opportunities, determine bid strategy, and create quotes on the opportunities to grow the overall business. Our ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented, recent college graduate with work experience in any market. We are looking for self-motivated and disciplined individuals ready to enter the workforce, starting a career supporting the IT needs of our customers, and school districts throughout the United States.



Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work  
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, organize and prioritize responsibilities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail following processes in building quotes, responding to SLED RFP/Bids
  • Willingness to participate in coaching and knowledge exercises
  • Proficiency in Tools: Microsoft Office/G Suite of Application and ability to quickly learn internal bid software.
