Job description

Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and safety-driven Superintendent to lead daily operations on commercial construction sites. This role ensures on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery while adhering to safety standards. The Superintendent will manage site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, supervise personnel, and oversee project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Enforce safety standards, inspect site conditions, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain cleanliness and site protection.
  • Review plans and schedules, manage two-week look-ahead updates, and facilitate weekly progress meetings.
  • Inspect work for compliance with design documents, specifications, and safety protocols.
  • Log daily activities, track RFIs and submittals, maintain As-Built records, and manage punch lists.
  • Supervise and mentor on-site teams while fostering professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Four-year degree in construction-related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial construction field experience.
  • Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore)
  • Proven leadership skills in managing and directing on-site teams to successful project completion.
  • Expertise in construction systems and safety protocols.
