This role ensures on-time, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery while adhering to safety standards. The Superintendent will manage site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, supervise personnel, and oversee project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety standards, inspect site conditions, and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain cleanliness and site protection.
- Review plans and schedules, manage two-week look-ahead updates, and facilitate weekly progress meetings.
- Inspect work for compliance with design documents, specifications, and safety protocols.
- Log daily activities, track RFIs and submittals, maintain As-Built records, and manage punch lists.
- Supervise and mentor on-site teams while fostering professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
Qualifications:
