At CJ Logistics we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk to join our team and keep our inventory running like clockwork! If you have an eagle eye for detail, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, come join our team!
  • Pay Range: $20.02 per hour + $1.50 per hour shift differential
  • Schedule: Saturday-Tuesday 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (off days Wed., Thurs., and Fri.)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place.
  • Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels.
  • Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies.
  • Status Savvy: Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each.
  • Forklift Pro: Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed.
  • Collaborative Communicator: Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
  • Tackle other duties like a pro - all within your training and expertise

What We're Looking For:
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Attention to Detail: You can spot a missing item from a mile away and have the patience to handle even the smallest discrepancies.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces. Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively.
  • Forklift Certified: You have experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
