    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) team on a per diem (PRN) basis. The RN will provide direct patient care, oversee nursing staff, and ensure that all residents receive the highest standard of care in accordance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide and coordinate nursing care for residents according to established care plans and physician orders.
    • Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Monitor and document residentsโ€™ conditions, reporting any changes to physicians and supervisors.
    • Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
    • Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and nursing policies.
    • Participate in care plan meetings, assessments, and resident education.
    • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality.
    • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies.
    • Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in a professional and respectful manner.

    Required Requirements:

    • Validย Registered Nurse (RN)ย license in the state ofย Massachusetts.
