PRN Registered Nurse - Skilled Nursing

    Location: Gloucester, MA, 01930
    Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    Payrate: $40 - $44/hr (Depending on experience)

    Start Date: ASAP


      Key Responsibilities:

      • Perform resident assessments and develop/update care plans
      • Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
      • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions
      • Document all care accurately using EMR systems
      • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations
