Position: Screen Printer

Challenger Teamwear is looking for experienced screen printers who can print logos and sponsors to sporting apparel.
JOB SUMMARY:This role is responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed apparel, including jerseys, spirit wear, and team uniforms. The ideal candidate works efficiently in a fast-paced production environment, maintains quality standards, and helps ensure orders are completed accurately and on schedule.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Print logos, sponsors, and designs on athletic uniforms and apparel
  • Check for ink coverage and density, alignment and registration
  • Maintain production speed while meeting quality standards and deadlines
  • Troubleshoot printing issues and make necessary adjustments during production
  • Completing all documentation for production requirements.
  • Set up screens for manual printing
  • Clean and maintain screens, presses, squeegees, and production equipment
  • Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experienced silk screen printer preferred, but training will be provided
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes or apparel bundles as needed
  • Dexterity and Arm-Hand Steadiness - ability to quickly move hands, arms, fingers to grasp, manipulate or assemble and the ability to keep hand and arm steady.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet production goals
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.A.
