Job description

Job Title: Commercial Plumber

Company: Paris Plumbing, Inc.

Location: Lynnwood, WA (Seattle–Everett corridor)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: [$40-$70]/hr DOE

About Paris Plumbing

Paris Plumbing is a family-owned, owner-operated plumbing contractor growing its commercial construction division across the Seattle–Everett corridor. Before Paris, our leadership came up running large-scale commercial mechanical projects at the national level — eight-figure plumbing scopes and multi-tens-of-millions in annual project volume. We know how to win the work, hold a schedule, and back our field crews instead of leaving them to fight it out alone.

How We Run Our Projects

We keep roles clear so everyone can do their job well:

• Project management handles contracts, submittals, schedule, and GC relationships

• Superintendents and foremen run the projects and the crews

• Plumbers focus on production and quality in the field

You do the work. Your foreman and the office set you up to win — clear schedules, materials staged, and a management team that backs the field.

What You’ll Do

• Install commercial plumbing systems on ground-up and tenant-improvement projects, rough-in through final

• Rough-in DWV, water, and gas to code from commercial plan sets (2024 UPC / WAC 51-56)

• Set fixtures, equipment, and finish work cleanly and to spec

• Run copper, PEX, cast iron, and ABS/PVC with quality that passes inspection the first time

• Work from plans and take direction from your foreman to hit the schedule

• Coordinate on-site with other trades and keep your work area organized

• Document your work through ServiceTitan

What You Need

• WA PL01 Journey-Level Plumber Certificate, or trainee with strong commercial hours (tell us where you’re at)

• Commercial plumbing experience — comfortable on active construction sites

• Ability to read commercial plans and work to spec

• Solid understanding of UPC, WA code, and commercial systems

• Able to work independently and as part of a crew

• Valid driver’s license

• Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle the physical demands of the trade

What We’re Looking For

• Plumbers who take pride in clean, code-right work the first time

• People who show up on time, every day, ready to work

• Guys who follow the system — log the work, communicate, keep the job organized

• A team-first attitude — you back your crew and they back you

• People who want to grow toward foreman and leadership down the road

What We’re Not Looking For

• No-call no-shows, or “reliable except when it counts”

• Cowboys who’d rather do it their way than the right way

• Anyone allergic to documentation — if it isn’t logged, it didn’t happen

What We Offer

• [$45-$70]/hr DOE

• [Medical / dental / PTO / paid holidays — list what you actually offer]

• Paid weekly

• Steady commercial pipeline — consistent work, not feast-or-famine

• iPad and tool platform support

• A clear path toward foreman, backed by experienced management

How to Apply

Apply through ZipRecruiter with your resume and your WA certification status. Qualified candidates will be contacted to schedule an interview.
