Crystal Finishing Systems is seeking a Plant Manager to lead our Schofield manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for setting the direction of the operation, developing leaders, and driving performance across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
We're looking for a proven manufacturing leader who has successfully led a plant, built strong teams, and delivered results in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate understands how to balance operational excellence with employee engagement while creating a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and growth.
