In a weekend pay position, you can expect your shifts to primarily fall on Saturdays and Sundays, often with hours that may start early in the morning or extend into the evening, depending on the industry. It's important to be adaptable and proactive in problem-solving, as weekend staff often handle urgent issues with limited access to weekday support resources.
