) Tucker House Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking an experienced and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to provide strong clinical leadership and oversight during weekend shifts. This role is ideal for an RN who values independence, teamwork, and ensuring high-quality resident care in a supportive environment.
Position Overview
The RN Weekend Supervisor is responsible for overseeing nursing operations during weekends, supporting clinical staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and serving as the primary clinical resource in the building during assigned shifts.
Schedule
  • Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
  • Day shift / Evening shift (as applicable)
  • Consistent, predictable schedule
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff
  • Ensure safe, timely, and appropriate resident care
  • Address clinical concerns, incidents, and emergencies as they arise
  • Serve as the weekend point of contact for nursing issues
