We are seeking an experienced Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and values professionalism, teamwork, and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare pleadings, disclosures, discovery requests, subpoenas, and court filings in compliance with Utah Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Manage case calendars, deadlines, and client communication.
- Prepare exhibits, trial binders, and hearing materials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
- Support attorneys in all aspects of case preparation, settlement, and trial.
Qualifications:
