MANUFACTURING OPERATOR – 3RD SHIFT

Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued! We are seeking Manufacturing Operators to support oven and extraction operations in a fast-paced composite pipe manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for safely operating production equipment, moving materials throughout the manufacturing process, and ensuring products meet quality standards.

Key Requirements:
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Experience operating overhead or hoist cranes is a plus
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to safely operate production equipment
  • Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Reliable attendance and transportation
  • Pay increases available after the probationary period upon permanent hire.

Shifts:
  • Monday-Friday
  • 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
  • Weekends/OT as needed

Duration:
  • Temp to hire after probationary period
