Looking for a Day Forklift Operator (Stand-Up) in the Austin area!

Overview:

Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.

Summary:

Mr. Greens is looking for highly motivated and dedicated Forklift Operators, with reach truck experience, to join our team. In this role you will be helping the flow of the warehouse by moving, stacking, placing, and organizing items using an industrial reach truck forklift.

Accountabilities:

  • Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products as per company procedures
  • Weigh products and record weight and other data in product labels
  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory
  • Clean work area and equipment regularly by removing empty pallets, wood, and plastic
  • Follow company standards and legal regulations to ensure safe and positive work atmosphere
  • Record information regarding movements of supplies, materials, and finished products

Requirements:

  • Required to be punctual.
  • Stand-up Forklift experience (2+ years required)
  • Reach Truck experience (1+ years required)
  • Must Pass A Drug Test
  • Available to work on weekends

Physical Demands/ Work Environment

  • Frequent walking, kneeling, standing, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and lifting 50+ lbs.
