Job description

Shift: 9:00 PM-5:30 AMHourly Rate: $25.50 an hour + $1.00 shift differential
Reporting to the Quality Team Leader, you will support food safety and quality during weekend operations, working fiveday work week based on candidate preference and business needs, by evaluating finished product, monitoring Critical Control Points, and verifying that production and sanitation processes are followed to ensure product is safe, compliant, and ready for release.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
  • Perform finished product evaluations to confirm products meet quality, safety, and specification requirements.
  • Monitor and document Critical Control Points to verify product is cooked and processed properly.
  • Verify operators are completing required tasks correctly and following established procedures.
  • Conduct environmental and equipment swabbing to support sanitation and food safety programs.
  • Administer the rejection and hold program by placing product on hold when issues are identified and escalating concerns appropriately.
  • Verify production lines are clean and ready prior to startup and following sanitation activities.
  • Document findings, deviations, and corrective actions using required systems and logs.
  • Partner with production, sanitation, and leadership teams to support compliance and continuous improvement during weekend shifts.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Effective communication skills and comfort working in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Flexibility to work a weekendfocused schedule, including Thursday through Monday or Friday through Tuesday, five eighthour shifts based on preference.
Physical Requirements
