Responsibilities

POSITION SUMMARY:

Coordinates, assigns, and maintains system plant operation office functions, vendor management, dispatch/inspections, work order requests, monthely PM assignments, and contract management – CAR-PACs.  Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.


Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

1.      Five (5) years experience in facility engineering. 

2.      Experience in air conditioning maintenance and/or plumbing as required. 

3.      Basic understanding of mathematics and physical science. 

4.      Ability to organize work and direct the activities of others. 

5.      Ability to react to emergency situations.

6.      Two years supervisory experience in Engineering preferred

7.      Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.

EDUCATION / LICENSURE:

1.      High School diploma, GED, or Higher Education, with technical or trade courses required.
