NewCold is seeking an experienced Operations Manager tolead warehouse operations at our McDonough facility. This role is responsiblefor driving operational excellence, developing high-performing teams, meetingcustomer expectations, and maintaining a strong culture of safety, quality, andcontinuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is a proven operations leader withexperience in warehousing or logistics who thrives in a fast-paced environmentand is passionate about developing people and improving performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop warehouse operations teams to achieve safety, quality, service, and productivity goals
  • Ensure daily operations are executed in accordance with company policies, procedures, and customer requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to achieve performance targets.
  • Foster a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.
