The Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our restaurant, development,and performance management of employees, ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience, with brand clarity and integrity is always maintained. Requirements: Must have valid/current Food Handler Certification Must have valid/current Alcohol Server Permit Responsibilities • Direct day-to-day staffing requirements, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for team members. • Provides mentoring, coaching, training, and regular feedback to improve teammember performance. • Analyses guest feedback and satisfaction and identify ways to deliver Relationship Hospitality, exceeding expectations. • Participates in and maintains the marketing of food and beverage marketing programs and promotions for the Restaurant and Bar by working collaboratively with the Director of Operations • Manage daily reservations and guests' special requests • Plans and oversees menu changes / updates and enhancements as appropriate • Scheduling and payroll • Manages day to day expenses and drives revenue opportunities • Educates and trains all team members in compliance with Forbes, LQA and Rosewood Brand and operating standards • Supports and assists where required all Food and Beverage Operations.
