Operations Manager - Manufacturing & Fabrication

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly operations. This leadership role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring production efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and fostering a strong safety culture. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing production teams, optimizing workflows, and delivering projects on schedule in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee daily operations within fabrication, manufacturing, and equipment assembly departments.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop production personnel to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and performance objectives.

  • Manage production schedules, labor resources, workflow priorities, and operational activities to meet customer and business requirements.

  • Monitor manufacturing processes and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and increase productivity.

  • Coordinate with leadership, supervisors, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and on-time delivery.

  • Establish and maintain a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
