Job description

Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team, responsible for driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty through excellent customer service. Under the supervision of the Store Manager, the Operations Manager maintains an engaged, productive store team through strong leadership and initiative. Essential Functions Manage and lead store crew, supervise and assign activities, communicate information effectively, and assist the Store Manager with action plans for operational and service improvement. Assist customers with questions, problems, and complaints, promoting CVS customer service culture by greeting, offering help, and thanking customers. Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical skills, and computer skills. Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill. Ability to work a full‐time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise. Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor. Education High School diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Anticipated Weekly Hours 29 hours (part‐time). Pay Range $19.00 – $29.00 per hour (base hourly rate).
