Your expertise will be vital in managing our accounts receivable and supporting our team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
  • Prepare and manage invoices.
  • Verify the accuracy of billing data and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of billing transactions to ensure accuracy.
  • Address and resolve billing inquiries and disputes with contractors effectively.
  • Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and monitor payment statuses to secure timely collections.
  • Collaborate with other departments to guarantee the integrity of all billing information.
  • Process refunds, credits, or adjustments as needed with precision.
