Shifts available: | Day Shift (6AM-4PM) Mid shift (1PM - 10PM) Overnight Shift (8PM-6AM)
Full-Time | On-Site | 4-Day Work Weeks | Weekend availability required

Calo Programs is hiring Youth Mentors, also known as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Youth Care Workers, Residential Counselors, or Behavioral Health Technicians, to support youth overcoming trauma and emotional challenges.

  • Support youth with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and personal development

  • Participate in engaging on- and off-campus activities that promote healing and personal growth.
  • Implement treatment strategies alongside clinical teams
  • Maintain professional boundaries while offering genuine mentorship

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Age 21+
  • Ability to pass background checks and physical
  • Experience in residential care or with at-risk youth preferred (but not required)
