RN - Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

Nightingale at Arkadelphia is seeking compassionate, skilled Registered Nurses to join our growing team. As a Registered Nurse with our Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation facility, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact every day by delivering excellent clinical care in a supportive, team-focused environment. All shifts are available, including 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with state and facility standards
• Complete assessments, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Lead and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• Uphold infection control, safety, and quality standards
• Promote dignity, respect, and a positive resident experience

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Arkansas
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Long-term care experience preferred but not required
