Day Shift RN Weekend Warrior

Falls Village Rehabilitation and Wellness is a 103 bed facility with all private rooms located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH.

We are looking for compassionate healthcare employees to join our team. Experienced or newly licensed medical professionals are welcomed to apply. Falls Village offers competitive wages, flexible hours and a premier healthcare environment with the friendliness and comfort of a family-oriented facility.

Some benefit highlights include:

Sign on bonus- $7500.00 for full time status, $3750.00 for part time status, paid out in quarterly installments if eligible.

NEW - After 1 year of service earn "Retention bonus" every 90 days.

Paid holidays and PTO

Offering 12 hour shifts. Work only 3 days a week = full time! Leaving you more free days

$3.00 shift diff for 2nd and 3rd shifts!!!

Weekend Warrior Option $3.50

Monthly attendance bonus $1 extra dollar for every hour worked.

LPN's will provide quality nursing care to our patients and family needs; working under the direction of the Care Manager, RN. The care setting is a skilled nursing care facility.

Position requirements:

- Registered RN with Ohio License and a minimum of one year of RN experience

- Valid Ohio Driver's License

- Competency in information technology

- Evaluation skills sufficient to report to RN Case Manager clinical details to support patient needs and goals

- Documentation skills sufficient to record patient/family

- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals

- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
