$49 - $55/hour PLUS Weekend Differential of $7 per hour

About the RN Supervisor role:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program required
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree in nursing is preferred.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the Maryland Board of Nursing
  • Minimum of 2โ€“5 years of nursing experience, with long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
  • Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required
  • Knowledge of Maryland nursing regulations and CMS long-term care requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.
  • Monitor patient care standards and implement improvements to enhance quality and safety.
  • Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and administrative staff to develop and execute care plans.
  • Conduct staff training and performance evaluations and provide ongoing mentorship to nursing personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
