We are looking for a full time, part time, or PRN RN's!! The Pines Post Acute & Memory Care is a 50-bed Nursing Facility focusing on Short Term Rehabilitation and Memory Care nestled among 17 acres of beautiful country in Clintonville, WI. We are committed to a Culture of Caring, not only for the residents we serve but for our valued employees as well. Pay:$34-$38/hr. this will include working every other weekend
Hours:
  • AM: every other weekend 5:30 am to 2:00 pm
  • PM: 6 day per pay period 2pm to 10:30 pm
  • PM : 8 or 10 days per pay period 4 hr shift position: 6 pm to 10:30 pm
  • PRN

Job Responsibilities:
  • Medication administration
  • Evaluation of long term care and rehab residents
  • Applying treatments necessary to meet the needs of residents
  • Observing residents and appropriately documenting
  • Ability to care for residents in a manner that is: patient and respectful regardless of residents cooperation
  • Follow safety guidelines
  • MUST: be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Skills
  • MUST have an RN
  • Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
  • Excellent knowledge of emergency care
  • In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines and procedures (sanitation, decontamination etc.) and willingness to follow them at all times
  • BS or other diploma from a nursing program
