Travel RN – Med/Surg (Adult) | St. Johnsbury, VT
  • Job Type: 13-Week Travel Contract
  • Start Date: July 15, 2026 (Wednesday Start)
  • Facility: Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital (25-bed Critical Access Hospital)
  • Location: St. Johnsbury, Vermont
  • Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts, 36 hours/week, every other weekend
  • Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
  • Pay Rate: $84/hour (All-Inclusive)
  • Overtime: After 48 hours (+$10/hour)
  • Holiday Coverage: Required
  • On Call: None
Responsibilities
  • Provide care primarily to adult Med/Surg patients with occasional pediatric patients
  • Care for medical, surgical, observation, swing bed, and limited pediatric cases
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Active Vermont RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License
  • Minimum 3 years of recent Acute Care Med/Surg experience
  • Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS
  • Meditech EMR experience preferred
  • Flu vaccination required (No exceptions)
  • Pediatric-only RNs will not be considered
