Job description

Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation and Nursing

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Rehabilitation and Nursing facility. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate care to patients, including those with dementia, while maintaining high standards of nursing practice.

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient progress and document care in EMR systems.
  • Assist with daily living activities and support patient mobility.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Schedule

This position requires a 12-hour day shift with a minimum of every other weekend. Schedules may be adjusted to meet unit and patient care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
  • Active RN license.
  • BLS certification through AHA.
  • A minimum of 3 years of nursing experience required.
  • Prior travel nursing experience is preferred.
  • Experience in long-term care (LTC) is required.
