ICU RN - Intensive Care
Schedule:
- Shift: 3x12 Nights
- Weekends required
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years RN experience
- AK RN license required
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications required
- Epic charting experience required
- 2:1 patient ratio experience required
- Prior travel experience required
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor and assess patient status; perform necessary interventions.
- Administer medications and manage IV therapies, including vasoactive drips.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Perform procedures such as chest tube care and central line management.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.

- Orientation: 12 hours
