What You'll Do
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and compassion
  • Respond to client emails and support client communication needs
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate daily patient flow
  • Welcome clients and patients while creating a positive first impression
  • Maintain and update client and patient records accurately
  • Process invoices and collect payments for services and medications
  • Educate clients on preventive products, including heartworm and flea/tick prevention
  • Assist clients with pet food, over-the-counter products, and hospital services
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, printers, and office equipment
  • Support daily front desk operations and hospital workflow
