Occupational Therapist (OT) - Weekend Coverage (Part-Time)
Volare Health | Eugene, OR Area (3 Facilities)
Are you looking for a flexible weekend opportunity where you can make a real impact? Join Volare Health as a Weekend Occupational Therapist, supporting three skilled nursing facilities in the Eugene, Oregon area. This role is perfect for a clinician who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a difference through evaluations and patient care.
Schedule
  • Part-Time: Saturdays & Sundays
  • Flexible hours based on facility needs
  • Opportunity to pick up additional PRN shifts if desired

What You'll Do
  • Complete evaluations and screenings across assigned facilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to drive patient outcomes
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation and billing
  • Support patient progress through strong clinical judgment and problem-solving

What We're Looking For
  • Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care
  • Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals
  • Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time
  • Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks
