Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and oversee plumbing and mechanical system installations for commercial and residential projects.
Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations to meet deadlines and cost objectives.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and maintain quality control.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
Resolve project-related issues efficiently and provide technical support as needed.
Prepare and present project reports, cost estimates, and change orders to stakeholders.
Lead project meetings, providing updates on progress, risks, and solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plumbing Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing and mechanical project management.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, mechanical design principles, and building codes.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project).
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
