Office Assistant

Compensation:

Pay: From $23.00 to $27.00 per hour (based on experience)

Position Type: Full-Time Non- Exempt

In compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Compensation Differentials for this position are based on education, experience, training, and geographic location, as well as DWC's seniority and merit systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assists with administrative and clerical duties as well as projects
  • Reception desk coverage during business hours; Answers telephone promptly and professionally; maintains an organized and neat appearance of reception area; welcomes and monitors visitor access to office and notifies staff of visitors presence; answers phones as back-up or overflow when not covering the front desk
  • Collects, processes and distributes office mail
  • Runs office errands when needed
