The Night Club Security Specialist at Peek Nightclub plays a vital role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for guests and staff during busy weekend nights. Working within a team of 5 to 10 security members and reporting to the Security Manager, this role focuses on crowd monitoring, conflict management, and enforcing safety protocols to ensure smooth nightclub operations.

Responsibilities

  • Control access to the venue, verifying IDs and credentials
  • Manage conflicts tactfully to prevent escalation
  • Verify identification to ensure compliance with legal age requirements
