6:30 am - 7:00 am

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
  • Prepare first-off parts and perform audits of molded parts
  • Remove excess flash from molded parts using a blade
  • Rework parts as required after final inspection
  • Load drums and sieve stones; inspect parts for quality finish
  • Operate cryogenic machine (load, start, unload, inspect parts)
  • Operate ovens (start, load, unload parts)
  • Maintain strict part segregation by job number
  • Follow all SOPs and quality procedures to ensure compliance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Must wear required PPE in production areas, including hair net, shoe covers, lab coat, and other protective equipment
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and quality standards
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
