Weekend Night Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A SKILLED NURSING FACILITY*


Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a strong, compassionate, and experienced RN Supervisor to lead our clinical team on the weekend Night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This position plays a critical leadership role in ensuring quality resident care, regulatory compliance, and smooth clinical operations during night hours.

Position Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during the 11pm–7am weekend shift

  • Provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, resident-centered care

  • Assess residents and respond promptly to changes in condition

  • Serve as the clinical resource and decision-maker during the shift

  • Oversee medication administration and treatment delivery

  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations

  • Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed

  • Investigate and complete incident/accident reports

  • Address staff concerns and provide coaching and guidance

  • Ensure adherence to facility policies, state, and federal guidelines

Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Minimum of 2 years nursing experience (long-term care/skilled nursing preferred)

  • Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred

  • Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities

  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
