Job description

Important: This role will be onsite out of our downtown Phoenix NOC on a full-time basis.
About the Role:
We are seeking a IT Support Technician to join our team. The IT Support Technician will play a crucial role in monitoring, analyzing, and maintaining the performance and efficiency of our operational systems. This individual will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless operations, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to optimize performance.
What You'll Do:
  • Monitor production systems including POS, eCommerce, and supporting infrastructure
  • Perform incident triage and resolve common issues; escalate more complex incidents to engineering teams
  • Support outage management, including bridge coordination and communications
  • Partner with application, infrastructure, and support teams to drive resolution
  • Maintain accurate incident documentation and shift handoffs

To join our band, you'll need the following:
  • Ability to work a 12-hour shift from 10:30 AM - 10:30 PM.
  • Mid-level NOC Analyst/Technician (2-5 years' experience) in a 24/7 operations environment
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, Splunk, or similar)
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or comparable ticketing systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, applications, and basic networking
  • Experience supporting retail/POS or transaction-based systems is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, particularly during incident response.
