Position Summary

AVTECH Global is seeking skilled and motivated A&P Technicians to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs in accordance with FAA regulations and manufacturer specifications, ensuring aircraft are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine aircraft maintenance, inspections, and repairs
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical discrepancies
  • Execute line maintenance tasks including A-checks, overnight checks, and service checks
  • Ensure all work complies with FAA regulations and company safety standards
  • Accurately complete maintenance documentation and logbook entries
  • Support aircraft-on-ground (AOG) recovery efforts as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to meet operational goals

Qualifications

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License required
  • Previous commercial aircraft maintenance experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and travel if required
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Preferred Experience

  • Experience with Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft
  • Line maintenance or AOG experience
  • Familiarity with FAR Part 121 or 145 operations
