About the Opportunity:

Our client, a highly respected private aviation company with over 25 years of industry excellence, is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Program Coordinator to join their growing team in Orlando, Florida.
This position plays a critical role in supporting aircraft maintenance operations by managing maintenance program claims, reviewing work orders, coordinating warranty and program coverage, and ensuring maintenance events are processed accurately and efficiently. This is not a traditional accounting or billing role. Instead, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of aircraft maintenance operations, maintenance programs, and maintenance documentation, with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure proper program coverage.This opportunity is ideal for aviation professionals who enjoy working at the intersection of maintenance operations, maintenance program administration, warranty management, and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain ownership of maintenance work orders from initiation through completion.
  • Review maintenance events, vendor documentation, and work orders for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate claims, approvals, and reimbursement activities through maintenance programs, including JSSI, ProParts, ProTech, SmartParts, Rolls-Royce, GE, and other OEM-supported programs.
  • Verify maintenance program coverage and identify any discrepancies in labor, parts, or vendor charges.
  • Collaborate with maintenance personnel, vendors, OEMs, and program administrators to resolve issues and secure approvals.
  • Monitor maintenance events and proactively address abnormalities, documentation gaps, or coverage concerns.
  • Manage maintenance program databases and ensure records remain accurate and current.
  • Support warranty administration and maintenance program compliance activities.
  • Generate reports and maintain accurate records within maintenance tracking and work order systems.
  • Assist maintenance leadership by providing administrative and operational support throughout maintenance events.

Requirements:

  • Experience in aviation maintenance administration, maintenance programs, warranty administration, MRO operations, aircraft maintenance support, or related aviation functions.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance terminology, maintenance work orders, and maintenance documentation.
  • Experience with maintenance programs such as JSSI, ProParts, ProTech, SmartParts, CorporateCare, Rolls-Royce, GE, MSP, ESP, or similar programs is highly preferred.
  • Ability to review work orders and identify discrepancies involving labor, parts, vendor charges, or program coverage.
  • Familiarity with FAA Part 145 and Part 43 regulations is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with aviation maintenance software systems is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
