HOURS: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM; willing to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

SUMMARY
The Milk Receiver is responsible for receiving raw milk from dairy tankers to support pasteurization and processing operations. Ensures all incoming product meets company specifications and complies with federal, state, and company quality and safety standards.

โ€ข Receives milk and condensed milk from delivery trucks for processing.
โ€ข Pulls samples of milk for quality testing to ensure compliance with company and government standards.
โ€ข Adheres to all food safety policies and regulatory requirements, including FDA, HACCp, GMP, and OSHA.
โ€ข Utilizes established inventory systems to track and manage product flow.
โ€ข Communicates effectively with Production Supervisors and Lab Technicians regarding product issues or concerns.
โ€ข Participates in initiatives to improve workplace safety, reduce waste, and enhance production efficiency.
โ€ข Cleans and maintains the equipment according to sanitation and maintenance standards.
โ€ข Completes all required training in a timely manner.
โ€ข Performs other duties as assigned.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
โ€ข High School Diploma or equivalent.
โ€ข Knowledge of dairy production and process flow preferred.
โ€ข Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers.
โ€ข Basic computer skills; SAP experience is a plus.
โ€ข Strong written and verbal communication skills.
โ€ข Comfortable working with automated equipment.
โ€ข Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
